Navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period can be challenging which is why Mothers Haven is thrilled to announce we are adding a Perinatal Mental Health Counselor to our team - meet Casey Arena! A perinatal mental health counselor provides essential support, helping families manage anxiety, depression, and stress, fostering emotional well-being, and promoting a healthy transition from pregnancy through parenthood.

About Casey: Casey Arena is a dedicated perinatal mental health counselor from Rhode Island as well as a mama of two. She brings her professional expertise and personal experience to support mothers and families during this transformative time. She will be providing in person and virtual support to families in need. 

Services Offered:

• Individual Therapy: Personalized support for managing anxiety, depression, and stress during the perinatal period.
• Family Therapy: Helping families navigate changes and enhance communication.
• Group Therapy: Support groups and workshops for families to share experiences and build community.

Please note that her practice currently operates out of network with insurance providers, and we will provide clients with a monthly super bill for out of network benefit reimbursement.
