Jennifer specializes in providing essential support to families, helping them manage anxiety, depression, and stress, while fostering emotional well-being and promoting a healthy transition from pregnancy through parenthood. Whether you recently welcomed a newborn and are feeling the challenges of adjustment, or are a mom with young ones struggling to find your groove, she is here to offer support as a part of your village.

About Jennifer: Jennifer Irey is a dedicated Perinatal Mental Health Counselor from Rhode Island and a proud mama. Her approach focuses on creating a calm and nurturing environment, whether virtually from the comfort of your home or in-person at Mother's Haven on select Thursdays. Jennifer can help you discover new ways to cope with the everyday stressors of motherhood, connect you with resources, and assist you through your parenthood journey.

• Individual Therapy: Personalized support for managing anxiety, depression, and stress during the perinatal period.
• Family Therapy: Helping families navigate changes and enhance communication.
• Group Therapy: Support groups and workshops for families to share experiences and build community.

She is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Neighborhood Health Plan of RI, Optum, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, and Tufts commercial plans. She also accepts private pay, and HSA cards can be used for payments or copays.
